Famous amp manufacturer + famous pedal designers = something pretty cool, though most people are still just gonna stick with their acutal Fender amp or their more traditional BOSS pedal. The FDR-1 has been modeled after the legendary '65 Fender Deluxe Reverb guitar amplifier familiar to many ears for its crisp but warm overdrive.

If that's not what you're looking for, perhaps this will entice you. In one pedal, you get an overdrive, vibrato, reverb, and a basic EQ. Not bad, eh? Combine this with whatever assortment of toys you've assembled on your board and you may find tones that are suprisingly pleasant (and useful) - even if they don't remind anyone of the Fender amp they after which they were modeled.
